The Skipjack class represents a very special attraction for submarine model building. The experienced model builder knows that this model has outstanding driving characteristics. Also our model is very fast and little. This makes the 1:96 scale Skipjack also suitable for small bodies of water. For the model, we based our technology on our class 206A and designed the kit as a single-hull boat. Thick walls with 3.5mm resin with 1700MPa tensile strength make the hull very stable. The smooth surfaces now no longer have to be laboriously sanded. This clears the way to produce the finest engravings, as is known from injection molding.

It's all a question of optics:

All boat surfaces have exemplary engravings and an extensive set of decals from RCSUBS.CZ completes the Skipjack class model. This allows all boats of the class to be displayed. As a special addition, the kit has an elaborate set of etched parts, which significantly upgrades the model. This gives you a driving model that meets the optical requirements of museum quality.

The RC kit is part of our new concepts for remote controlled submarines. The scope of delivery includes a bayonet lock and an already installed and tested ballast tank with limit switch. We have further developed the bayonet lock to make it resistant to mechanical stress. All profiles, standard parts and mounting materials are individually packaged for use during construction. Paired with the separately available electronics from Norbert Brüggen, this results in a handy model that offers breathtaking performance in the water. From lightning fast to elegant: you as the model captain decide!
